Returns and Warranties

Our Return Policy

Under some circumstances, we can accept product returns within 30 calendar days of the original purchase.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you purchase online, you will receive an email confirmation that serves as your receipt. Please include a copy of this with your return request.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund can be given, at our discretion:

  • Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts (for reasons not due to our error).
  • Any item received more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item, as well as the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

All refunds will be in the form of a store credit, which we will issue to you for the approved value of your return. In most cases you will receive the store credit within five business days of your return approval.

Sale Items

We can only accept regularly-priced items for returns. Unfortunately, any discounted items are final sale, and ineligible for refund or credit.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. All exchanges will be for the identical item, unless we no longer have that item in stock. Contact us at condor@giftingartsandcrafts.com to arrange to exchange a defective item.

Warranty Repairs

Our jewelry repair policy lasts for one year from the date of purchase. We will replace tarnished Jingles on earrings and repair any damage caused by reasonable wear and tear. Proof of purchase is needed, and shipping policy applied.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the return credit will be provided to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for return shipping charges. Please allow adequate shipping time so that we receive the items within the allowable return timeframe stated above.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and will not be included in any store credit issued.

Depending on where you live, shipping times for exchanged products may vary. We only offer return shipping of exchanges within the continental United States.

If shipping an item worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
